RESERVATION AGENT

About Us:
We are looking for a professional Reservation Agent for a prestigious client in the luxury hotel industry, recognized for offering outstanding and personalized experiences to their distinguished clientele. As a Reservation Agent, you will play a key role in supporting the hotel’s sales and ensuring that their guests have a memorable experience from the moment they book their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Handle phone calls and emails for inquiries and bookings.
• Maintain relationships with travel agencies and loyal guests.
• Monitor contracts and assign rooms accordingly.
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets by maximizing room bookings and upselling additional services.
• Ensure all bookings are processed according to company standards, maintaining accurate records and guest information.
• Provide guests with information on services, amenities, and available promotions.
• Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest arrivals and experiences.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of LQA standards and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Italian and English; additional foreign language skills are a plus.
• Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and excellent negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and service-oriented approach to guest relations.

Contract:

• 12-month fixed-term contract, with the aim of permanent employment after successful completion.

Salary:
The salary will be evaluated with the candidate based on the type of experience and seniority in the role.
