Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests in line with company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Efficiently handle check-in and check-out processes.
• Manage guest inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay well-informed about all hotel services and nearby tourist attractions, ensuring guests receive detailed and accurate information.
• Respond to emergency situations with the required level of urgency and professionalism.
• Maintain professional relationships with both guests and colleagues.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs, providing solutions and creating memorable experiences.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of prior experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management software, preferably Suite.
• Fluency in both English and Italian.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with strong relational and problem-solving abilities.
• A natural team player with a collaborative mindset.
• A commitment to providing exceptional, consistent service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to department developments.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• High professional standards, with a refined and elegant presentation.

Compensation:

• €1250.00 net/month (base salary, excluding holiday and overtime pay, which will be calculated separately).
